Analysis by Merofact Awareness Team:
The circulating message claiming Indian national anthem "Jana Gana Mana.." is declared best anthem in the world by UNESCO, is just a poor and mean try to play with the sentiments of average Indians. Unfortunately it indeed, over last few years, managed to tempt many Indians to believe, feel proud and circulate the message. India Today have tried to confirm the news with UNESCO officials, and realized that this widely circulating message is an outright lie.
I must admit that the message is well engineered, as part of the message is quite true. By the truthful part of the message I mean the meanings of the original bengali words in the anthem. Here I want to mention "Jana Gana Mana..", the present national anthem of India is written by Nobel laureate bengali author Rabindranath Tagore in sanskritised bengali. A formal rendition of this anthem should take 52 seconds.
One such rendition is hosted in Indian government archive, which you can freely download by clicking on this line and and listen to.
